Our team will evaluate your device and provide a price quote within 24 hours.

Once you agree to the offer, we will arrange free pickup and make payment immediately.

3. Payment

Payments are made securely and directly at the time of pickup or via online transfer.

The final agreed price is binding once both parties confirm.

4. Device Condition

Devices must be legally owned by the seller. By selling to us, you confirm that you are the rightful owner.

We may refuse to purchase devices that are stolen, fake, or not as described.

Some damaged or non-functional devices may be accepted, depending on parts and condition.

5. Data Privacy & Security

If your devices contain personal data (such as laptops, servers, or phones), we recommend using our secure data erasure service.

We are not responsible for any personal data left on devices after transfer.

6. Liability

Smart Vision is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or accidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

Once payment is made and the device is collected, ownership transfers fully to Smart Vision.

7. Service Coverage

Our free pickup service covers all Emirates in the UAE.

For large corporate tenders or bulk sales, additional terms may apply.
